J'aime beaucoup la teinte du bordé de ton Rhône sur les 2 photos ci-dessus,chaude et douce à la fois.Peux-tu me dire quel produit tu as utilisé et ton mode d'emploi ?
En ce qui concerne la charpente(les couples ect...)à quel moment de l'avancement des travaux les as-tu teintés?

I really like the colour or the planking on your Rhone (photos above).  Warm and soft at the same time.  Could you please tell me what you used and how what was your method for applying the finish?
In regards to the framing (frames, ect..) when did you apply the finish?

Pas tout à fait Armand, il y a encore les embarcations, les ancres, la drome ... Mais peut-être que Marcel va trouver tous ces trucs là dans le paquet cadeau qui est sous le Rhône   .

Heureux de te lires, l'échelle est au 1/48 et il ne sera pas gréé, pour la raison suivante la partie arrière du gaillard (grand chambre et logements) est découvrable comme on peu l'apercevoir sur la dernière image.

Il y a un truc que je ne comprends pas très bien à propos des coins qui maintiennent les mats.
Après la question de Marcel sur la position des coins, GD répond que les coins "majeurs" se trouvent au niveau du pont principal pour le grand mat et la misaine, pour l'artimon sur le gaillard (logique, il n'y a aucune autre possibilité).
Sur votre Rhône, Marcel, vous mettez des coins au niveau du pont principal et du gaillard. Au niveau des gaillards, ne devrait-il pas y avoir que la braie?

There is something that I do not understand about the wedges around the masts.  Following Marcel's question about the position of the wedges, GD said that the wedges for the major masts are at the main deck level. As well, the mizzen mast wedges are located at the quaterdeck level (this makes sens as there is no other way).
On your Rhône, You have installed the wedges at the main deck and the forecastle and quarterdeck.  Shouldn't the upper level be fitted with just a skirt?

Les cales étaient donc présentes au niveau de chaque pont et gaillard, (même si il y avait 3 ponts),et les braies n'étaient mises en place qu'au niveau des gaillards. C'est bien cela?

Non, non, non, les coins sont uniquement présents sur le premier pont pour le grand mât et le mât de misaine et sur le gaillard d'arrière pour le mat d'artimon.
Les autres passages de mât ne comportent pas de coins, uniquement une braie.

No, the wedges were only used on the main (first) deck for the main mast and foremast and on the quarter deck for the mizzenmast.
The other mast openings do not have wedges; just a skirt.

C'est bien ce que je pensais, si vous mettez des coins au niveau du premier pont, je ne vois pas trop à quoi servaient les coins des ponts supérieurs.

That is what I thought.  It wedges are installed at the main deck level, I cannot really see what use they were used on the upper decks.
