I made another version of the pipe on the port side.  It seems to be better. Which one do you think is better?

Oui car il y a peu de documents sur ce genre de navire de servitude pourtant indispensable à la vie de la marine.

Le coté babord est le bon, l'arrondi du coté tribord ne sert à rien. D'autre part, le plomb du tuyau ne doit pas dépasser de la planche percée (ça ne doit pas être bien confortable...). Le tuyau a un rebord qui est cloué sous la planche.

The port side is good, the rounded upper lip on the starboard is not required.  Also, the upper part of the lead pipe cannot stick out of the top board (as it would not be comfortable).  The pipe has a ledge that is nailed under the board.

   pour faire un rebord je me suis vraiment em.... le lieu aidant. Mais le tuyau sera démonté et placé dessous   c'est promis GD.

A la place du papier toilette, ne devait-il pas y avoir un seau d'eau pour les ablutions ?
