Il n'est pas possible de faire les plans complets d'u navire quel qu'il soit sans faire une erreur.

Si vous parlez de l'encastrement dans le barrot du gaillard d'avant, il n'y a pas d'erreur, c'est un encastrement à épaulettes ou à margouillet pour bloquer latéralement le bitton dans le bau.
Sinon, je ne vois pas où est l'erreur.

If you are talking about fitting the forecastle beam, there is no mistake.  It is do in such a way that it locks the bitts in the beam.
If not, I do not see where the mistake would be.

Donc, c'est bien ça.
Sur la grande coupe, p.23, le plan de coupe passe dans l'axe du navire or les montants des bittons ne sont pas placés dans l'axe mais décalés de part et d'autre. Votre deuxième image montre donc le barrot du gaillard à l'emplacement de l'axe longitudinal du navire c'est à dire à un endroit où le barrot ne comporte pas d'encastrement.
Sur le dessin ci dessous, vous pouvez voir le plan du gaillard, p.14, où j'ai ajouté une coupe du barrot à l'emplacement du montant. On peut repérer le barrot en A, le traversin de l'étambrai en B et le montant du bitton en C.
Le détail du dessin de la p.18 illustre donc l'une entaille à épaulette travaillée dans le montant et le barrot. Cette entaille est visible sur la planche 14.

So that is what it was,
On plate 23 the cut view passes in the ship’s axis and the bitt stanchions are not located through the axis but are offset on either side.  Your second image shows the deck-beam on the ship’s longitudinal axis (that is where the beam does not have a notch for the bitts.
The drawing shown below shows the forecastle deck plan, p. 14 where I added a cut view of the beam where one of the bitts stanchion is installed.  The beam is shown as A, the step as B and the bitts stanchion as C.
The drawing detail on p. 18 illustrates a shouldered notch cut in the beam.  This notch can be seen on plate 14.
